10.11.5.3.1. Causes and Actions¶

If it takes much time for the tenant environment setup because of the database performance problem etc, the thread may be considered to be stuck, and the setup may fail.

Please change the setting by the following procedures.

Select [Environment]-[Server] at left menu.

Select the server to be used shown on the right screen.

Select [Tuning] tab and enter the time to [Stuck Thread maximum time], which is longer than the default value.

Click [Save] button after the value is entered.

Reboot Oracle WebLogic Server 12c (12.1.1).
