Setting My Menu

The Menus that can be used in intra-mart Accel Platform are as follows.

  • Global Navigator
    This is a functionality to register the Menu at the top that is used frequently by general users.
    It is displayed in the top part of the screen in the Menu area and desired page can be accessed quickly.
    Release scope can be controlled with the authorization settings.
  • Sitemap
    This functionality can be referred from Global navigator.
    All the services that can be availed by the logged-in user are displayed in list.
  • My menu
    This is a functionality which enables creation of original menu for every logged-in user.
    Logged-in user himself can register the service.

Explanation regarding “My menu” is given here. In “My menu”, the menu structure is managed in the following units.

  • Menu Group
    Menu folder and Menu items can be managed together.
    The display in Global navigator is done for each Menu group.
  • Menu Folder
    Menu items can be managed in a hierarchy within the same menu groups.
  • Menu item
    In order to use various functions from menu, it is necessary to register menu items in Menu group categories.
    The functions (Global navigator, Sitemap etc.) are displayed on screen only when access rights are set for URL that links to Menu items.

Displaying My menu

  1. Click on the launcher at the top-right of the screen.

  2. My menu is displayed.

Adding Service to My menu

  1. Click on “Sitemap”→ “Personal settings”→ “My menu”.

  2. “My menu settings” screen is displayed.

#.Select the Menu group category from “Menu group category” on the right side, that contains the service to be added.

  1. Drag and drop the service which is to be registered.

  2. Service has been added to My menu.

Note

In case of delete
  1. Click on the item to be deleted.
  2. Click on “Delete” icon.

Creating Folder and Items in My menu

Menu folder can be created and a menu item with any URL set in it can be added to that folder.

  1. Click on “Sitemap”→ “Personal settings”→ “My menu”.

  2. “My menu settings” screen is displayed.

  3. Click on “Create new menu folder” icon.

  4. “Create new menu folder” screen is displayed.

  5. Click on “Create new”.

  6. Menu folder is created.
    In order to add menu items, click on the created Menu folder.

  7. Click on “New items” icon.

  8. “Create new menu item” screen is displayed.

    • Menu item name

      Name to be displayed on My menu.

    • URL

      Specify the URL link.

    • Icon image

      Icon to be displayed on My menu.

  9. Click on “Create new”.

  10. Menu folder and Menu item are created in My menu.
