3.1. Summary of Additional Functions¶

• Common

  If URL string is included in any input item, it is now displayed as a link.

• Information

  Added the function to make only the articles approved by the workflow as the subject for publishment.

• Schedule

  Added the function of one-click display of personal schedule from the group schedule.

  End time is now displayed on the schedule (Month) display.

  Function by which administrator can add input items of schedule has been added.

  Setting that makes the start date as today on the schedule (Week) display has been added.

  Background color of Today in the schedule has been made darker.

  Filtering of the role in user selection dialog (public group tab) has been supported.

• Migration Tool

  Support for Intranet StartPack 7.1.5 has been added.

  intra-mart Accel Collaboration now supports 8.0.6 version or later.

• In case user name includes any single-byte space character, only the character string before the single-byte space character is displayed.

• Schedule(PC)

• Attachment file (physical file) of schedule that was deleted from schedule batch delete screen will not be deleted.
• If you do reminder setting on regular schedule registration/update screen, registration and update may not be done.

• Information(PC)

• If you delete a folder that has subordinate folder in file library, physical folder and file in Storage will remain.
