Resolved Limitations / Known Issues¶
Overall¶
In case user name includes any single-byte space character, only the character string before the single-byte space character is displayed.¶
If the user name which includes single-byte space character is specified as a destination for schedule participant or message memo, only the character string before the single-byte space character is displayed as a user name,when the mouse cursor is placed over it.
Schedule(PC)¶
Attachment file (physical file) of schedule that was deleted from schedule batch delete screen will not be deleted.¶
If you delete the schedule that includes the attachment file from the schedule batch delete screen, the file will remain in a public storage.
If you do reminder setting on regular schedule registration/update screen, registration and update may not be done.¶
If you set reminder by entering conditions that make regular schedule start date as the registration date on regular schedule registration/update screen,error message is displayed and you cannot register/update it.Following is the countermeasure.
If you want to set reminder, you can do it from reference screen after registrating/updating the regular schedule.
File Library(PC)¶
If you delete a folder that has subordinate folder in file library, physical folder and file in Storage will remain.¶
When you delete a folder on folder management screen of file library, and if the deletion subject folder has subordinate folder,physical folder and file in public storage will not be deleted.Physical folder and file of deletion subject folder itself will be deleted but subordinate folders will remain.If you delete the folder that has no subordinate folder, it will be processed properly.
