Actor¶

1. In-house User

   User who has a profile in the master information of IM-Common Master is called an In-house User.

   CompanyBox of the company you belong to can be used.

   If you belong to multiple companies, CompanyBox of all the companies you belong to can be used.

2. IMBox Administrator

   User who has IMBox Administrator role is called an IMBox Administrator.

3. IMBox Operations Administrator

   User who owns IMBox Operations Administrator role is called an IMBox Operations Administrator.

4. Group Owner

   User who has created a group becomes the administrator of the group and is called a Group Owner.

   Group can be created by the user who has group creation authority.

   Both the group owner and the User who has group editing authority can give group owner authority to group participants.

   There can be multiple group owners for 1 group.

   Group may continue even if there is no group owner.

   In-house user who participates in a group that does not have a group owner can become its group owner.
