IM-Workflow is a functionality that implements the idea of executing the process in accordance with the “Flow definition” that indicates the process contents and process sequence of the work flow.
For example, in case of product purchase workflow, flow definition shows the application screen for product purchase or approval sequence and the work flow conenctors show the processes from product purchase application upto final approval.
In IM-Workflow, various workflows can be created depending on the details of the task/business.
Applicant or approver can edit the count or sequence of partial processes and the approver for the process. Flexible Workflow can be achieved even after task is applied.
Workflow setup is carried out basically by defining the flow.
The flow definition is configured with 1:1 combination of content definition and route definition.
