intra-mart Accel Kaiden! Application Form¶

In intra-mart Accel Kaiden! the following application forms are provided for different types.

Advance Application Form¶

This application form is for submitting the request of trip or goods purchase to your manager for approval.

You may request [Temporary Payment] at the same time when you submit the application.

Once the application has been approved, journal data or money transfer data for [Temporary Payment] can be created.

Trip Advance Application

Advance application for business trip is made.

Trip Advance Application

Expense Advance Application

Advance application for the expenditure such as good purchase is made.

Entertainment Advance Application

Advance application for the expenditure such as entertainment is made.

Settlement Application Form¶

This application form is for submitting the report about the action approved in the advance application form or for the settlement of advance expense.

By associating it with the approved advance application form, advance expense and temporary payment can be set off.

Once the settlement application is approved, journal data or transfer data to the employee (advance expense) for the subject expense can be created.

It is also possible to create the settlement application form without an advance application form.

Settlement application for the expenditure such as goods purchase is made.

Settlement application for the expenditure such as entertainment is made.

General Application Form¶

It is a general purpose application form.

It can be used for any purpose, but journal data or transfer data cannot be created.

Application for registration/change of bank account is made.

Commute Route Change Application

Application for registration/change of commute route is made.

General Application

General application is made.

Advance Application Form and Settlement Application Form¶

Settlement application form is for submitting the report or settling the advance expense about the
actions (trip, goods purchase, etc.) approved in the advance application form.

Advance application form and settlement application form are mutually associated, and a certain
settlement application form can be created for a certain advance application form.

Relationship between Advance Application Form and Settlement Application Form is as follows.
