Tenant Environment Setup on or before intra-mart Accel Platform 2013 Winter¶

• Tenant Environment Setup

  1. [Tenant Initial Setting] screen is displayed.

     For the first accessing time, it transitions to the [Tenant Initial Setting] screen automatically since the system administrator has not been registered yet.

     

     Warning

     If English is displayed on [Tenant Initial Setting] screen, it can be avoided by changing the language setting of browser.

     Setting example of Internet Explorer

     1.Select [Internet Option]-[General]-[Language(L)].

     2.If you add Japanese, select “Japanese [ja]” from [Add] button.

     3.Move its priority to the highest, click [OK] button, and reopen the browser.
  2. Enter system administrator information, tenant information, and tenant administrator information and click [Register] button.

     Build process of tenant environment is performed.

     Note

     Tenant administrator can be registered from the system administrator menu [General User Management] after the tenant environment setup is done.

  3. Following result screen is displayed if the process is completed properly.

     Check if the process is completed properly and click [Home] on the upper-left.

     

     Note

     In case [Tenant Environment Setup] does not complete properly,

     please refer to [Timeout_on_setup_process].

• Operations by tenant administrator/general user

  1. Access to the URL below from Web browser.

     General User Log-in Screen

     http://host name : port number/context path/login

  2. Log-in by the tenant administrator account which was registered in [Tenant Environment Setup] above.

  3. After log-in, each tenant management function or each menu application can be used.

     Please refer to each operation guide for detail.
