Setting the job

By setting the job, program can be executed automatically in the system.

Unit of the program to be executed is called as “Job”.
Moreover, the unit where all jobs are summarized is called as “Jobnet”.

Jobnet is set to execute the program.
Trigger (Date and time of execution, interval of re-execution) can be specified for jobnet.

  1. Click on “Site map” → “Tenant management” → “Job management” → “Job setup”.

  2. Click on “Create new category”.

  3. Enter category information.

  4. Click on “Create category with these contents”.
    When the confirmation dialog is displayed, click “OK”.

  5. Job category can be registered.

  6. Register job in the created category.
    Click on “Create new job”.

  7. Enter job information.
    For job category, click on “Select from tree” and then select the created category.

  8. Click on “Create job with these contents”.
    When the confirmation dialog is displayed, click on “OK”.

  9. The job can be registered.

Setting the jobnet

  1. Click on “Site map” → “Tenant management” → “Job management” → “Job net setting”.

  2. Click on “Create new category”.

  3. Enter category information.

  4. Click on “Create category with these contents”.
    When confirmation dialog is displayed, click on “OK”.

  5. Category of the jobnet can be registered.

  6. Jobnet is registered in the created category.
    Click on “Create new jobnet”.

  7. Enter the jobnet information.
    For jobnet category, created category is selected from “Select from tree”.
    For the execution job, registered job is selected from “Add job”.

  8. Triggers are set.
    Select the trigger type and click on “New registration”.

  9. Trigger contents are set.
    Setting contents change depending according to trigger type.

  10. Click on “OK”.

  11. Check “Enable” of the set trigger.

    When the confirmation dialog is displayed, click on “OK”.

  13. Jobnet can be registered.
    Program will be executed automatically with set contents.

Note

When “Permission for parallel execution” is checked, similar jobnet is executed simultaneously.
For example, if the trigger settings are as follows:
1.Date and time specification “Everyday execute at 1”
2.Business day specification “Execute at 1 on a business day”,
there are 2 triggers that will be executed at 1.
In such case, if “Permission for parallel execution” is checked, both triggers are executed,
and when it is not checked, only one trigger is executed.

To confirm the execution result of job net

  1. Click on “Site map”→”Tenant management”→ “Job management”→ “Jobnet monitor”.

  2. Execution result of jobnet can be confirmed in list.

  3. Message is registered in executed job.
    Click the column of a job where message is registered.

  4. Enter the message.

  5. Click on “Update”.
    When the Confirmation dialog is displayed, click on “OK”.

  6. Message can be registered.
    Registered message can be confirmed in jobnet monitor list.

Note

On jobnet monitor details screen, job can be terminated forcibly during execution.
Job unit which is registered in jobnet is terminated forcibly.

Example) When job A and job B are registered in jobnet.
When job A is terminated during the execution, job A will be terminated when it is complete and job B is awaiting to resume.

When terminated job is resumed, it is operated on this screen.
