Available Screens

Menu

On the smartphone version screen transition takes place from the menu located on the lower part of the screen.
By pressing HOME on the far left, you can return to IM Menu.
By pressing Others on the far right, you can display the list of screens that are not displayed in the menu.

Timeline Common

On the smartphone version, screen will transition to the posting screen by pressing the Post button on the upper right of the screen.
If there is an attachment file in the message, clip icon will be displayed.
If you press the user name in the timeline part, profile dialog is displayed.
By sliding the title part, latest message will be obtained.
By pressing [Tap and Load More Messages], messages that were posted earlier will be displayed.

Posting Part Common

By pressing the Posting To name, you can change the posting destination.
You can attach the file with the posting contents by pressing [Select File].
Number of files that can be attached is the value set in imbox-config.xml.  (Default is 10).
By pressing the Post button on the upper right after entering the message, the message will be sent.

Thread Display Screen

Only a single thread of the selected message is displayed.
Initial display of the thread display screen is to display all messages in the thread.
Response will be made from the thread display screen, which is common for every timeline.
By pressing the Back button on the upper left of the screen, screen transitions back to the caller screen.
By pressing the Response button, screen transitions to the posting screen.
By pressing the user name of the message, profile dialog will be displayed.
If there is an attachment file to the message, Attachment File button is displayed.
If Attachment File button is pressed, Download Confirmation screen is displayed.
Number of threads to be displayed is the value set in imbox-config.xml.  (Default is 10.)
On the Thread Display screen, following icons are displayed for each message.
  • Bookmark : It will have some color when Bookmark'ed. If Bookmark is removed, it turns to black and white.

  • Response : Transition to the Posting Screen takes place, and Response To user name is displayed.
                     Message of ApplicationBox will not be displayed.

  • Like! : It will have color when Like! is put.  If LIke! is removed, it turns to black and white.  It will not be displayed
              on the  ApplicationBox message or DirectMessageBox message.

  • Delete : Only the ApplicationBox message and your own posting message are displayed.

    • If you have the Message Delete authority, Delete icon will be displayed on all messages.
    • In case of posting to the group, group owner will see Delete icon displayed on all messages.

MyBox

This screen displays messages related to you.
Screen transition takes place when MyBox in the center of Menu is pressed.
When the message is pressed, transition to the Thread Display screen takes place.

DirectMessageBox

This screen is for displaying the DirectMessage which was sent to you.
You can have this screen by pressing DM which is the 2nd left in the Menu.
By pressing the message, transition to the Thread Display screen takes place.
When the screen transitions from DirectMessageBox to the Posting screen, you can select the addressee by User Search.
For information about User Search, please refer to the separate document IM-Common Master Smartphone Search Screen Specifications (PDF) .
If the addressee has not been selected, you cannot post the message.
When the transition from DirectMessageBox to Thread Display screen takes place, transition to the User List screen takes place by
pressing the number of users included in the addressees.

ApplicationBox

This screen is for displaying the message notified to you from the application.
This screen shows up when Appli on the 2nd right of Menu is pressed.
When the message is pressed, transition to the Thread Display screen takes place.

CompanyBox

This screen displays the message of the belonging company selected.
This screen shows up when CompanyBox in the rightmost Others is pressed.
When the message is pressed, transition to the Thread Display screen takes place.

Participating Group List

This screen displays the groups you are participating.
This screen shows up when Participating Group List in the rightmost Others is pressed.
When the group in the list is pressed, transition to the GroupBox takes place.

GroupBox

This screen displays the message of the selected group.
If the group in the Group List is pressed, transition to the GroupBox takes place.
By pressing the Back button on the upper left of the screen, screen transitions back to the Group List.
When the message is pressed, transition to the Thread Display screen takes place.

User List

This screen displays the users  of the company you belong to.
This screen shows up when User List in the rightmost Others is pressed.
If the user name in the List is pressed, profile dialog is displayed.

Profile Dialog

This screen displays the user information of the selected user.
Pressing the Profile in the rightmost Others, or the user name in the User List, or user name in the Message will display the profile information.
By pressing the x button on the upper left of the screen, screen transitions back to the caller screen.
By pressing the DirectMessage button, DirectMessage Posting screen is displayed.
You can do the Follow or Follow Remove.
