Relationship with Authorization¶

Relationship with Company Resource in IM-Common Master¶

Users who use IMBox should belong to Company, and authorization authority to the belonging company should be enabled.

Relationship with IMBox Authority Resource¶

Authority setting using authorization mechanism can be made in IMBox.

Types of Operations Authority Setting¶

Resource Name Description

Group Creation

It enables group creation.

Group Editing

It enables editing and deletion of group.

Message Deletion

It enables deletion of viewable message.

You cannot delete non-viewable message.

Tag Deletion

It enables deletion and attach/removal of tag attached to the thread.

If the tag is deleted, it will be attach removed from the thread the tag is attached to.

Broadcast Posting

It enables the posting of broadcast message.

Cache of IMBox Resource Group Setting¶

Cache of IMBox Resource Group Setting can be set by conf/im-ehcache-config/authz-resourcetype-imbox.xml.

It is set to enabled (enable=”true”) by default.

Cache of Policy Setting¶

Cache of policy which is set to resource in IMBox Resource Type can be set.

Please set IMBox resource type ID ”imbox-auth” as a target for cache.
