Initial Setting¶

Authorization policy settings right after tenant environment setup are as follows.

Authorization Screen Setting Method¶

Click [Site Map].

Click [Tenant Administration]-[Authorization].

Select [Screen/Process] in [Resource Type] select box, and display [Authorization Setting(Screen/Process)] screen.

Users for whom [for Administration] under [IMBox] of [Resource] is set as permitted can access IMBox administration screen.

Group Administration Menu¶

All the groups in the company of current department log-in is made to can be displayed.

It can be used only when the authority for administration in authorization setting is enabled.

On the company name tab, Public groups that are set for disclosure for the company of current department and the Private groups that have permission for list display are displayed.

On the tab of non-display groups, Private groups that do not have list display permission are displayed.

If the group editing authority is retained, transition to the timeline of non-participating Private groups can be made.

Display in case Administration Authority and Group Edit Authority are retained¶

Edit, Delete, or Timeline Transition of non-participating groups can be made.

Details about groups can be confirmed.

Transition to the timeline of non-participating Private groups cannot be made.

With regard to non-display groups List Display has not been permitted for, similar information will be displayed across companies.
