Copy the Contents of Application Form previously submitted¶

Contents of the application form that was previously submitted may be copied and submitted as a new application form.
Following conditions should be met for the application form to be copied.

• It is the same application form.
• It is the same company.
• Process such as Approve/Deny is completed.

1. On the Application Form Input Screen, click  , and open [Application Form Search Screen].
2. Click the Search button, and search the item to be copied.

3. If the item to be copied is found, click the row of the corresponding application form.

4. Contents of the application form is copied.  Please edit it as required.
