Purpose¶

This document describes the operations procedures of workflow application forms and related functions in intra-mart Accel Kaiden!.

Target Readers¶

Target readers of this document are as follows:

Applicant

Users who create the application form for expense application or travel expense application and seek approval.

Approver

Users who confirm the contents of application submitted by applicants, and approve (or send back if there is any problem) it.

Notation Rules¶

In this document notations shown in the following examples are used.

Example : [Trip Application]

Square bracket ([ ]) indicates elements on the screen such as screen name, dialog box name, or button name.

Example : "Workflow Operations Guide"

Double quotation (" ") indicates document such as other manuals.

Remarks¶

This document assumes the status in which intra-mart Accel Kaiden! has been set up including sample data.

(Some settings are modified for the explanation purpose).

Since the master data is different for each company, please replace it with the master data for your company.

In intra-mart Accel Kaiden! the structure of application forms can be customized by the administrator, and it may
be different from the description of this document.
