Shared address book¶

The functions of an administrator for shared address book are as follows

. Settings of owner group

. Registration of address book/contact address

. Settings of shared tag

There are following two types of administrators.

Administrator	Description
Collaboration administrator	It is possible to perform owner group settings, registration of address book/contact address and settings of shared tags of all companies. Set “Collaboration administrator” role for the user to whom authorization of Collaboration administrator is to be granted. Refer “intra-mart Accel Platform / IM-common master Role Administrator operation guide” for the method to set the role to the user.
Shared address book function administrator	Administrator can perform the owner group settings, registration of address book/contact address and settings of shared tags of the company to which he belongs. Set “Addressbook administrator” role for the user to whom authorization of shared address book function administrator is to be granted. Refer “intra-mart Accel Platform / IM-common master Administrator operation guide” for the method to set the role to the user.
